The base game and this patch contain only characters of age 18 or higher. If you are under 18 years old you can not use this patch. The base game (Hone圜ome), and by extension this patch are not suitable for minors. The Steam version has removed features by default, but after installing the patch it is the same as other versions. You can buy the game on Steam, on DLsite ( buy and download guide), or on DMM ( buy and download guide). You have to buy the game and expansions separately. HF Patch does not contain the full game, paid expansions or any other pirated content.
